| Katrina's Angels was approached some time ago with a wonderful organization called Music Is Healing with a truly amazing offer to help with a generous donation from various auctions they were organizing. KA always verifies these offers, and we were very pleased to be selected as a recipient. Music is Healing is a collaboration between two women with similiar souls, "searching for the same inner peace." They know "life IS more than who we are." Their motto is "The power of music reaches all. It has no boundaries.We all channel that music to empower us, comfort our needs, mark moments, etc." Kari and Jane, two women from Atlanta, have devoted to their belief in music and all of the benefits that come from this creative energy to make a difference, give back and have learned an important and inspiration lesson: "That through music, so many great friendships are established." |  |

Katrina's Angels and Music is Healing may have slightly different goals, our ultimate missions are the same: to make the world a better place and to reach out to others. Only the vehicles are different. And since the Gulf is world reknowned for its musical contributions, this seemed a perfect fit. Through their auctions and the resulting donation to Katrina's Angels, they have empowered us to forward this assistance to those that need some empowering of their own. Any funds are earmarked to go directly and solely to KA relief efforts . And we have established yet another great friendship with this group.
